The request form is asking investigators or their representatives to provide a summary of their proposed study along with logistics regarding the requested sample size, demographics, and timeline, how their study aligns with the overall mission of science, and most importantly how the proposed study impacts and benefits the patients. The information is then used to review each request with a particular focus on benefits to the field of science and CTTB’s overall mission and objective. If approved by T&DAC the request will be forwarded to the Biobank Director and the transfer of data or samples will be scheduled.
