une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e multidisciplinaire approuv\u00e9e par le CER pour la collecte et le stockage d'\u00e9chantillons biologiques bien caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s provenant d'individus l'art<\/strong> Le syst\u00e8me de gestion des informations sur les \u00e9chantillons biologiques (BIMS) permet aux enqu\u00eateurs d'avoir l'inventaire le plus \u00e0 jour et en temps r\u00e9el des \u00e9chantillons biologiques disponibles et de leurs donn\u00e9es associ\u00e9es pour analyse.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La biobanque du CTTB<\/strong> suit des proc\u00e9dures et des m\u00e9thodes harmonis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 l'\u00e9chantillon est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9, exp\u00e9di\u00e9, trait\u00e9 et stock\u00e9. Il existe des modes op\u00e9ratoires normalis\u00e9s (SOP) bien d\u00e9finis pour chaque \u00e9tape et les \u00e9chantillons sont stock\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures allant de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 -190\u00a0C dans de l'azote liquide (LN2). Participants qui choisissent de participer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le sang est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sur eux lors d'une visite clinique de routine, et la quantit\u00e9 de sang pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e est d'environ une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe et ne pr\u00e9sente aucun risque pour le participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des tissus peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s en cas de chirurgie\/biopsie qui seraient autrement jet\u00e9s dans le cadre de votre proc\u00e9dure de routine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vos informations de sant\u00e9 \u00e9lectroniques sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 vos \u00e9chantillons et peuvent \u00eatre fournies aux chercheurs. Les chercheurs pourraient avoir besoin d'en savoir plus sur votre sant\u00e9 et\/ou sur l'\u00e9tat de votre maladie \u00e0 l'avenir afin d'effectuer leurs recherches. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toutes les informations sont trait\u00e9es avec la plus grande confidentialit\u00e9 et ne sont accessibles qu'avec l'autorisation de l'investigateur principal et avec l'approbation de l'Institutional Review Board (IRB).
